These terms cover the use of this website and the text message reminders we send. By booking an appointment with Give Me Paw you agree to them.
Booking an appointment
Times shown when you book are the times we have available at that moment, and a slot is only yours once you see the confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. Payment is taken in person at the salon, not on this website. If you need to change or cancel, use the "Manage my appointment" link in your confirmation email, or call us.
Please let us know if you are running late, so we can tell you whether we can still fit your pet in that day.
Text message program
Program name: Give Me Paw appointment reminders. You opt in while booking at https://givemepaw.net/book: on the last step, where you enter your name, phone number and pet details, by checking the box labeled "Text me a reminder before my appointment". The box starts unchecked, and consent is not a condition of booking. We then send one text reminder about that appointment, at the lead time you selected, from (818) 394-9503. These are transactional messages about an appointment you booked. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
If you text our number first, we will reply by text as part of that conversation - about grooming questions, timing, or a late arrival. Those replies are answers to a conversation you started, not a separate message program, and you do not need to opt in to receive them.
Message frequency: 1 appointment reminder per booking. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (818) 394-9503. You can also turn reminders off at any time on the "Manage my appointment" page linked in your confirmation email.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and a text reminder is a courtesy rather than a guarantee - please keep your own note of your appointment time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking with us; you can book without opting in.
We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
Please use this site only to book and manage real appointments and to contact us. Photos, text, and the Give Me Paw name on this site belong to us and should not be reused without asking.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date above shows the last revision.
